Spectacular. Fantastic, unique offerings. Perturbing and delicious takes on familiar fast food with Latina flair. Delightfully charming and cheap decor. Oozes authenticity, through and through. A welcome treat nestled away just off the main roads of downtown Victoria. I wonder what the pink sauce is? My best guess is ketchup and mayonnaise.

Loved the food, I do think it was a bit expensive for the portion I got. I had the plantain with everything, I think some things that could be add it could be avocado, cheese and bacon, it is how I've had it before and maybe take the celery and cucumber out! Good over all and very friendly staff.
We have been there with my family and it doesn't seem like they follow any covid protocol at all. The table doesn't look like they are cleaned after each visit, and they are really close to each other. The food was a bit overpriced as well, I didn't expect to walk out of here with a 100 check for a small dinner. They were also really slow to get our order ready. We had to wait 40 minutes. Then, when the first part of our order comes, it was one plate at a time (and even one empanada at a time). We all had to eat separately. Also they weren't really friendly. For example, you can see in their answers to others critical reviews, they aren't really polite. Also they say that "Chinese food" is cheap (not sure what they mean). Anyway, take out might be an option. The food is somehow authentic. I definitely do not recommend going to eat in the restaurant. EDIT (after the very delicate answer from the owner): I am amazed at the answer from the restaurant, again showing how rude they are. Displaying personal attack, and not being able to take any critics and try to improve. Googling someone (like they did to another review) who had a bad experience at your restaurant, to send a random link is very far from being ethical. About covid-19, consider removing the table cloth, the toothpick, and wearing masks. You can find all the information on the BC government website.
Delicious food and genuine, kind owners. Would highly recommend this restaurant, especially during this time when supporting LOCAL is so important. We recently ordered through them and they were so nice to add a few extras.
This is one of those Victoria downtown jewels. The restaurant is cozy, the menu has a little bit of what Colombian food has to offer and the attention is simply wonderful. We had tamales tolimenses and quito orange (lulo) juice. Being Colombian myself, La Fogata makes you feel a little bit back home. Absolutely recomended!
Over all taste of food was good. I ordered a medium and it was a really small portion.
Very small place! Otherwise nice authentic colombian food. Better for native Spanish speakers and people who are adjusted to the culture. Being Colombia it was definitely similar to places back home.
Most authentic Columbian food. It was all really yummy. If you want Columbian food—or to expand your horizons—I recommend it.
