Should be more like -1 star. Beyond disappointed. I purchased an Iphone 11Pro in April. Had issues with phone calls. People couldnt hear me or the call would just drop. Went to Jump (great service) they ran tests and everything turned out ok. They told me the next step is a new sim card. So i walked over to koodo/telus in the Moncton Mall for a new SIM card. The lady says no problem, took my phone walked away (i wasnt allowed in store) came back inserted a new sim card AS WELL as WIPING MY PHONE!! Without asking if i did a recent back up or without asking me if i knew my apple id off the top of my head..... it is not only my personal phone but my business phone as well. Now i have to wait 24 hours for apple to send me reset information for my new password... When i called to complain the manager told me its not the employees fault and that sometimes putting in a new sim card will clear the phone... i have had apple products for 10 years and not once has that happened. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE !!

I called the Champlain Place today and spoke with Sean. Very poor customer service!! I spoke with both Telus and Bell and the gentleman I spoke with was more than helpful. When I spoke with Sean he came off very arrogant. I won't be buying a phone there. I have never given a review before for any product....there are certain people that should not be in sales!
I really appreciated the help you gave my friend Irene Salazar to get her sim card for this season. I hope I will visit you guys soon again.
I would recommend Koodo. Great phones, phone plans and service. I have no complaints.
Friendly attentive customer service, but it's usually busy...so expect a long wait.
