Bought a ebook a few days ago. I was able to download it and open it only once. Now I can't open it on any device. I can't get to customer care, they don't take phone calls nor can I get anybody on line to assist or to refund me my 14.00. Very disappointed since I have been a longtime customer. I hope this post will prompt a response by the company. Happy to report that 1 day after this review I got a very helpful email from Kobo advising that my book had been reinstalled and to login into my account if the problem persisted. The issue has been satisfactorily resolved. Many thanks.

Horrible experience. Cancelled order, verified not once but twice it was cancelled and yet still sent out and billed. Then trying to get a shipping label sent or even get a pick up for return was more convos that i should NOT have had to do. Then tired of waiting for their level 2 to get back to me ( a week is more then long enough ) I had to drive to another city to return, what should never have been shipped. Lets see if refund comes.
