The busses are frequently running off schedule. Up to 6 minutes early. And over 10 minutes late. Passholders are being refused service when there is only one bus on. With reduced service people should not be told to get off the bus and wait in inclement weather, or in places that may be unsafe after dark. Which means passengers are forced to walk in the Dark, snow, rain, or cold to get where they are going. Meanwhile, vagrants and students are allowed to ride for free. Unbelievable. This is pretty unacceptable for a small limited service to be treating its paying customers like this. It defeats the purpose of having a transit system. If you are forced to walk home in the dark with groceries of any sort, this puts you at risk of a bear encounter which can go badly. This is unacceptable.
