We highly recommend Kitching Steepe & Ludwig funeral home. Diane and her team were exceptional from beginning to end. They worked tirelessly even over a holiday Monday to honour my dad in the best possible way. They listened and fulfilled every request even if it was last minute. They are all very compassionate, sincere and caring individuals. They made an extremely difficult time a little easier.

Kitching Steepe & Ludwig has a wonderful team of caring individuals, who made an extremely difficult time much easier for our family. When loss strikes unexpectedly, it's difficult to know where to start. From the first phone call, we were guided through the process without any pressure. We lost our loved over Christmas and this also didn't stop them from providing us with excellent service. Every single detail, big or small was taken care of without worry. We recently used the services of Kitching Steepe & Ludwig when our mother/mother-in-law passed away. The level of care and respect shown to the family was beyond measure. Garnet VanPopta walked beside us from the time we called through to the funeral. He was able to answer all our questions and direct us through the whole bereavement process. We had used their services 10 years ago for our father/father-in-law and if anything, their service has gotten better.
