The receptionists at this vet are really nice and helpful, I’ll say that first. As for the vet... He seemed very miserable and didn’t seem to care for our cat, just the money involved. We had 2 instances where we were charged for things we had no idea about/didn’t want to pay for, but of course had to... Lots of hidden fees and even more if you want to spay your cat. So we’re taking our furr baby elsewhere where she’ll be treated good and our wallets won’t get ambushed. Don’t recommend this vet at all! Just Google it, make a couple phone calls, and you’ll find another nice vet - trust me on that.

Went to another vet to get more information, was told my puppy is over weight and the vet should have told us this. He’s only a puppy and he weighs too much. Also, was told by this vet we need to get surgery for his elbow however talking to other experts and they’ve said that is not the way to go for our puppy. Yes I do go here I’ve been going here for the last 3 appointments and honestly the staff seems very nice however the doctors don’t seem the really have interest and don’t explain anything properly

Our family has been taking our dog to Westheights Veterinary Hospital for the last year. I have found their service to be very positive. Pricing seems fair, and they are prompt to return calls and respond to inquiries.

I brought in my cat to have her examined after adopting her. She had been abandoned outside, and this was her first vet check up since having her. She is a very sweet cat, and had sunken eyes and is bowlegged. The doctor came out after the appointment and said that he couldn't examine her because she was \too mean\. He could not tell me if there was anything wrong with her eyes, if her teeth were in ok condition, how old she was or how her body condition was. He said she walked about a meter and that he didn't notice anything wrong with her gait, despite the fact that she is extremly bow-legged and unable to jump. He did not offer to give her a dewormer or check for any other parasites. He administered a rabies shot and charged me the full amount for a check up, despite not being able to check anything. I would have appreciated a more thorough checkup for the money I paid. Overall, I did not get my money's worth, and it is hard to believe that they even attempted to examine her properly. Despite this, the receptionist was friendly, and the service was very quick.

Dr. Sharma is not understanding and doesn't seem to show compassion to animals. I do not recommend this clinic or his services. I am going to look for a better vet.
