We were in the market for a 'smart toilet' and wanted delivery to our small town in South Western Ontario. On Sunday I contacted several dealers and luckily for me Watermarks was one of those I contacted. Melissa, their rep, replied very quickly with an exceptionally good price. She let me know that delivery was available and would not be an issue. Melissa me on Monday and I gave her the details and she found the Kohler toilet that I wanted. I was driving and could not give her the credit card information. On Tuesday I got my payment information to Melissa and she arranged delivery for the next day. YES, THE NEXT DAY! Today Wednesday, the toilet was delivered before lunch by a courteous and careful driver. From my first message to Watermarks to delivery of an uncommon toilet was less than 4 days. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I cannot say how thankful I am to Melissa and Watermarks for the customer service and follow through on delivery, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I went to their Kitchener Arnold St showroom on Sep 3rd, 2020. Because of COVID 19, they only allowed visitors by appointment, which I didn't know. It was 4:10 PM, and the business was open until 5 PM. So, I called the 1800 number that was posted on the door, explained that I would like to visit the showroom now if possible. The lady on the phone said, just knock on the door - they will let you in. I did that and noticed two people glanced at me from their desks but totally ignored me. Then after a few seconds I opened the door and explained that I had called the number to book an appointment for that day and was asked to knock on the door. One lady told me that they will be closing soon, and asked me to come back the next day. It was 4:15 PM, and there were no customers in the showroom. She did not even offer to set up an appointment for me. I drove to Lowe's and got what I needed.

We recently dove head first into a bathroom renovation. A Contractor friend of ours highly recommended we check out watermarks as that is where he sends all his clients. Needless to say we were beyond ecstatic with the service and expertise of the staff at the Kitchener location. Kayla was very professional, answered all our questions and explained the different levels of shower kits and sink faucets to us with great detail. Our experience as first time buyers was phenomenal! We will DEFINITELY be back for any future projects that we pursue. Thank you all very much, Hands down 5 Stars!

Showed up to the showroom at 10am on a Friday! “Appointment only” on the door...called to see if we could come in to look at sinks and faucets...since we drove in from Cambridge! All watermark customer parking was open and couldn’t see any customers in the store, but was TURNED AWAY! What awful customer service! If this is how they treat potential customers, I would NOT recommend!
