Gerry was professional, friendly and meticulously does an excellent job. He doesn't rush things. He is honest and fair and an extremely hard worker. Big thank you to Gerry and his team. The work was completed on time, professionally and fairly priced. From my original call to the completion of our job everything exceeded our expectation. We will definitely make Veracruz Pools our first call for our future pool needs.
They gave us a quote for a board ( part of chlorine generator)and when they changed the board, they asked 200 more. As we tried to solve the issue and see if it's a misunderstanding , and the system still not working, the technician removed the board and left. This is what exactly happened : First trip was diagnosis and we paid 75 for finding the problem to be the motherboard or display. Agreed to try a used one and narrow it down by replacing the mother board and have it fixed for 250 with a used one if the issue is motherboard. Also agreed this to be installed even if we are not home which was done on the second trip by the technician. We were not informed if a "New" motherboard was used or the price would be 450 Third trip: Collecting the payment, Technician asked for 450 while we were not told a new motherboard was installed. The system still not fully operation and display shows "check the salt cell" and there could be an issue with the salt cell which is again the responsibility of the technician to solve it completely and then ask for the payment. He just said you may need to clean up the salt cell. We said OK we'll clean up the salt cell over the weekend and if the system is fully working we'll pay the requesting 450 on Monday. The technician did not agree and removed the installed board and left. This is exactly what happened. We leave the judgment to the reviewers if this is a way a customer should be treated.

Gerry and Cindy gave been my goto pool guys. I have been dealing with them for years and they have kept my pool top notch. Appointments are quick and easy. Pool closings and openings are good and priced reasonably. I would not go anywhere else coz these people are honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend them for any pool work
