I had my windows priced in August. They just installed them in November. I was in no rush so that was no problem for me. They did a great job. I’m very happy with my windows and the guys were very friendly and tolerant of a busy house while they worked. I think for the price and the quality of service it was a great investment.

I had Will quote out my 10 windows as I noticed the sign on Victoria road about a sale they were having. It was just at the beginning of Covid-19 and I was worried about the timing or if his company would survive so we agreed on a smaller deposit so he could get the windows ordered. It took some time due to the pandemic and once things opened up his team showed up and got them all in. The install was great and the guys did a great job on the exterior capping. They were significantly less than some of the other quotes I received and as such I would not hesitate to use them again.
We ordered all our windows, doors and sliding doors for our addition. Everything that was ordered was delayed and timelines that were communicated were false. The owner said he would deliver the windows and not show up. Gave Ventralux many chances. I'm still waiting for an email reply from the owner and it's been two weeks. Happy with our windows and doors; however, this company needs to work on customer service and treat their customers to honest timelines.
We called for an in-home estimate and Greg from Ventralux was in contact with us immediately and was more than happy to arrange a great estimate to fully explain the window types he offered and the best sizes and installation options for the triple pane windows we have always wanted. The ordering was completed next and then Greg came and checked all measurements again and confirmed the pricing which was very competitive against some large competitors. Next came the installation and the two installers arrived on-time and even stayed late in the cold weather to complete the installation of our 5 new windows and the entire process was excellent and we are very happy with our windows and have had no issues at all.
