Quality and selection of products is good but they are only getting two stars because their customer service is beyond disappointing. We had a house fire and had to rebuild from the ground up. We ordered the majority of our plumbing fixtures through them except for a few items. We ordered these in the fall and realized in December they had sent an incorrect shower door (tub size instead of full shower). Our plumber immediately notified them and they told us it was on back order and would be in beginning of January. It is now January 23 and our door just arrived - although we had to switch from a right handed to left handed slide because their supplier was \out of stock\ and they couldn't give me an actual date of when they would get it back in. They showed zero accountability for the mistake and absolutely no urgency to fix the situation. I would not recommend as it has not been a pleasant experience working with them. PS. The folks in the back supply store are excellent - but the sales associates not so much.
I shop there all the time. The girls at the water closet are very knowledgeable about the products they sell I highly recommended because I always send all my customers there
Very impressed with how helpful the staff are. Made an appointment as I didn't have a plumber. The employee made what seemed like an overwhelming purchase into one that was straightforward and easy for my bathroom renovation. She was friendly, worked within my budget, responded quickly to e-mails, and gave good options. The prices were the same and, in some cases, better than what I'd seen online. Everything arrived well packaged and I look forward to going back to this business for further projects.
Amazing staff and very helpful, sure to leave the building with a smile due to their wit and charm.
