Martina is truly a hidden gem! She is very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. We have a young lab who has the copper gene. Martina was very compassionate about his needs and my concerns. Our young man is enjoying his custom diet that Martina created just for him! Words can not express the gratitude we feel and new hope for a long life for our young man!

If you're looking for top quality, locally-sourced food for your pup, look no further. Every menu item at The Healthy Barker is made by Martina, a certified canine nutritionist who really knows her stuff! I initially came to her when my miniature dachshund was having allergy issues, but I stayed because of the improvement in his overall wellness when on this food. Do yourself a favour and go in for a conversation and a free sample - you won't regret it!

I love The Healthy Barker. Martina is very nice to deal with, sharing her knowledge about canine nutrition. She is helpful and accommodating. My dog Levi was such a picky eater until I introduced him to the gently cooked food. I would never feed him anything else. I highly recommend The Healthy Barker.
I’ve been going to the Healthy Barker for over a year now, and my beautiful Shollie Carolanne and myself have never been disappointed. Martina is a warm and caring person who is extremely dedicated to her craft. She makes wonderful food that is always fresh and her treats are out of this world. At least that’s what CA tells me. My neighbourhood is lucky to have such a great local business that we are able to help support, and our dogs are lucky as well. Thank you Martina for all that you do!
