We bought a spa from Hayley Fillier-Klepp at Sundance Spas Kitchener Waterloo and we could not be happier with the time she spent with us to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience from looking at various products, the “wet” test, purchasing, set up, delivery and follow up with “spa school”. She listened to our needs and worked with us to find the perfect spa for our budget. We love our hot tub in our new deck. Thank you so much to the whole team. We would highly recommend Hayley to anyone looking for a new hot tub.

My husband and I had come across the Sundance Spas tent sale in Kitchener on Victoria St. We saw the attractive tent sale off the busy highway right away. We wanted to check out hot tubs, knowing in the back of our minds we wanted to purchase one in the future but had no clue where to start. We met Adrian, the sales associate as soon as we arrived and he was very friendly and greeted us right off the start. He focused on us throughout the entire afternoon as we had so many questions, concerns and budget intentions in mind. He helped us with all of our questions and exceeded all of our expectations for getting our dream Sundance Spa. Within 2 weeks, we had the tub installed on our back patio (just before winter), the delivery service was phenomenal and they set up the entire unit, including stairs and cover. It was a delight shopping at Sundance Spas in Kitchener and we're looking forward to enjoying the hot tub this winter and for years to come. Best part was I showed them the quote I had received on the Optima model and they saved me over 1500 compared to the quote I received at the Burlington dealer. We were looking for a hot tub for pain relief. Had checked out several places but we were able to get one here at a cost that was more affordable for us. We ended up getting a floor model here and an enclosure that was a floor model as well. Everything moved along very quickly for us because the pain relief was necessary due to the cold, damp weather. They accommodated us in every way. Adrian talked me through adding the chemicals to get things started. He called frequently to ensure that everything was working correctly and that I fully understood what was needed to keep up with keeping the hot tub clean and usable. As well he accommodated a crew to come in and remove the enclosure that was there so we could have it installed here for us to use. Adrian, we couldn't have asked for a better person to assist us with our needs. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely tell people that this is the place to go if you want caring people to work In your favour. Thank you again!

Great place to shop for a hot tub. Sales rep Adrian was very informative and what he didn't know he went and found out right away. There where no pushy sales tactics either. Complimentary beverages where given to us to wet test in the show room which was pretty fun and what better way to sell a tub than with beer and bubbles. Delivery guys made moving a huge 7 person tub look like a breeze and our sales guy has called a couple times just to make sure everything is A okay... I would recommend buying from here. Amazing service so far.. Very happy
