Wish I could rate it zero stars We bought an amazing the amazing Matteo coffee table. Purchased around the end of Sept set to arrive the first week of October. We called one time to see when the next eta would be and was told now the week after. Yet again no phone calls to update. Fast forward to November 9, still up to us to call. Upon arrival to the store to Pick up. Two men brought up the table (90lbs). As they leave we ask for assistance to carry to the car seeing as it’s a heavy box and the girl at cash merely stared at us as if we were asking for her to do I Personally. We repeated again to see if maybe she could ask someone to give us a hand and she reluctantly said “I guess” Great customer service am I right? Never shopping this location again.....until I noticed the damage on the piece. We were told to email the store pictures along with the receipt. That was 5 days ago....still waiting Do yourselves a favour and DO NOT shop here. Head on over to the Waterloo store. They are more friendly and easier to deal with. They actually value their customers !

I bought a bed at the beginning of 2020. It’s not even a year old and the foot of the head board went through it making the bed uneven. You read that right, it is inside the headboard which is hollow. The furniture looks good but it is cheaply made. For context I weight under 145lbs

Kinda fusturated about when I ordered end of september for a bedframe I was told it was going to be end of october but still not recived it, they say the montreal strike affected it, it was 2 days long in the beginning of august... I just want my bedframe...

The store has really good furniture. The only problem is delayed deliveries. The delivery time is almost 2 months which is very long. I wish they can drliver things on time. The staff is nice and they answer any questions you have patiently.

The furniture here is beautiful and affordable! We were able to to re-design two rooms for less than 2K which is a huge win.
