A great experience. Very efficient. Ray, Christian, and Brian made certain it was the vehicle I was looking for - no pressure sales. They performed extra work before vehicle pickup as to ensure I was happy with the purchase. I had a seasoned mechanic look at the vehicle afterward and they stated that the vehicle is in practically new condition and very well maintained - purchase was a 2012 Forester. I will be sending friends and colleagues to purchase from Saab of KW.

It has been a little more than a month since I purchased my 2011 Edge Limited Edition from Saab of KW. So far so good. The service was excellent and they really pay attention to the every single detail. With very friendly and knowledgeable staff, my whole experience was very pleasant. Julian, in sales, was efficient, polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Cindi in financial, very good at what she does and it was lovely to work with. She made the buying process so effortless. Overall, highly recommended dealer.
I don't have anything to say as far as the car goes, cause I haven't purchased it yet, in fact I'm here to see if the reviews here matched my experience, they definitely did... I dealt with Michael, who is easily not only the most knowledgeable and passionate about cars sales person I have ever dealt with, he is friendly, charismatic and went above and beyond letting me test drive different models, we even stayed until after closing talking about cars and sharing experiences. Even though I haven't purchased yet (Keyword: YET. Cause I'm definitely dealing with Michael again), I wanted to share this review as an assurance that this place is a great one to start looking, everyone from the receptionist to the sales people were super friendly. I cannot wait to finalize my purchase.
We have been extremely satisfied customers and Saturn owners at this dealership for 20 years and everyone there has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and friendly. In particular Ron (Owner) and Deb (Service) go out of their way to ensure our experience and service is above and beyond. My son and I each just purchased used 2014 vehicles after GREAT experiences with the dealership that also left us with feelings of confidence and satisfaction.
I met with Christian in hopes of buying my wife her dream car. He managed to keep the whole purchase a secret, even during a test drive with the kids. The dealership was even able to get the car ready for her actual birthday. Christian is a very kind young man who treated us well from the first visit on the lot and continues to check in with us to ensure we are enjoying the car. Saab of KW has been great to deal with and I would recommend the entire team to anyone looking for a new used vehicle. My wife LOVES the car.

Five stars for doing business with Saab of KW over the last 8 years. The first time I stepped in I didn’t feel like giving them the full 5 stars, but it turned out they were just super busy that day. I am glad I gave them a chance. Since that time, my family purchased four vehicles from them and we have been using exclusively their service/garage for regular maintenance. I am a person who likes to research before investing in a vehicle, and at the end I always end up getting a good vehicle at a fair price at their location. The staff always gives me clear and unambiguous answers, without any aggressive sale tactics common at some other places. Keep doing good work!
I have had the pleasure of being a customer for Saab of KW for over 12 years now and have not had a negative experience. I recently moved 2.5 hours away from Saab of KW and have tried a couple of other dealerships who have not come close to the service that I have received from them, so much so, that I now drive the 2.5 hours to continue that relationship. Their Service Manager, Sheila, has always gone above and beyond my expectations and keeps me well informed if my vehicle is in for servicing. The personal touch of Ron Kraishnik has made me feel like such a valued customer that I at times, feel like Im part of their team and not just a customer. At Saab of KW, once you buy a vehicle from them, they dont close the books on you and walk away, they remember you and strive to do their best to establish that personal long term commitment.
