Very rude and unprofessional staff who are either negligent or incompetent, barely awnser the phones and have zero thought for the people in their care. Obviously people in the reviews have plenty of horror stories, but you don't need to look any further than their utter failure earlier in the pandemic to know that it is a terrible facility run by uncaring fools.

I am sooo thankful we did not end up putting my grandfather in this home. Since the outbreak was declared on April 1, there have been 178 cases in residents there and 73 cases in staff. To date, 51 people have died. How can you allow your staff to not follow protocol and make the home safe? Many other nursing homes have been able to handle and deal with the situation while it keeps getting worse at this home! It was already taken over by st Mary's for the staff not doing what was needed to stop covid from spreading. Just sickening. How many family's have lost someone just from this home? So sad Complete Coverage

Based on what we saw when we went to check this place out. Staff is worn out, unskilled, rude and we decided against putting our loved one in here. Residents had misery on their face. I honestly wasn’t shocked to see dozens die from COVID in there. It honestly seemed like hell on earth and became just that.
