Excellent front desk staff... needed a storage in June 2021, even though I couldn’t rent it right now but the young lady (forgot the name) helped me throughout.. showed many options. She was very helpful even she knew she was not getting any business. I will definitely use public storage in future needs. Their reviews speaks loud !!!!!!!!!

I strongly believe that a business's greatest asset(s) are the people behind the business. Great management and hard working employees are incredibly crucial to the success of a business, especially in the customer service industry. This is very evident at this location. I had the pleasure of being serviced by the assistant manager, Edil and his co-worker Kruti. They were very professional and caring from start to finish and knew what high quality customer service entails. They took their time with me as a customer and ensured I understood and got everything I needed. Hard to come by these days! Highly recommend this location! Friendly staff who go above and beyond and very clean/safe location!
I called public storage last minute looking for a place to store my furniture, a gentleman named Olu helped me find a storage unit that was the perfect size and he was so very helpful! He was very understanding and wanted to help me out as much as he could. He gave us a great deal! I am very happy and satisfied with public storage. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit! Olu was a great representative!
Their facility super clean super modern and very spacious for my needs very accessible at my convenience the only problem that I had to sum is that when I cancelled my locker cuz I was finished they still withdrew my money although they will be replaced within a week or two I would definitely recommend Public Storage
