Water tank blew which caused a flood in the basement. On Side brought their team in and set up all the blowers/fans (7) and dehumidfiers (2) to dry it out. It did the job well. Coordination of repairs were set in motion promptly.

I was impressed with the initial response last fall. Thereafter, however, I repeatedly was disappointed for various reasons. I had previously had an absolutely perfect experience with Craft Restoration in the GTA. Perhaps if that had not been the case, I might not have been quite as disappointed.
