I would recommend this company, very professional and my kitchen looks amazing ! Consultation, installation and office staff were all knowledgeable and excellent service. Stainless steel sink and brushed nickel faucet are top quality. Design consultant Kimberley helped me choose the perfect colours for backsplash tile and quartz counter. Nustone installer Carl did a fantastic job and done in a timely manner.
Had our kitchen painted by Granite Transformations six months ago. Paid 6000 and were guaranteed a durable job. Paint is flaking off everywhere and every day new spots appear! It is so frustrating as the company takes no responsibility. Beware!
Excellent customer service, professional installation and extremely satisfied with the renovation. I would rate Bath Planet 5 out of 5. Completely happy with the renovation, cost and efficient installation!
Strongly recommend to look for any, ANY, other company to do your kitchen. What a useless bunch of unprofessional people, no communication skills and low standards of how a finished kitchen should look like. Pretty quick to take your money though just don't expect any service or even manners in return. They argue with their customer when they obviously were in the wrong, no apologies even. The countertop and backsplash were done alright but their resurfacing is a joke, not properly painted, obviously not the 2 coats of primer and 2/3 coats of paint they promised as you can see plenty of missed spots with no paint or primer at all. And the parts that are sprayed/ painted do not look good due to lack of proper technique. Some of the electrical outlet covers have never been placed back, as if someone left in the middle of the job and just never came back. Not to mention the part where I had to do some of the work myself (which they never communicated) and they then tried to charge us for that!
