Love the transparency (literally) here. The workspace isn't hidden behind a wall, you can actually see everything that is being done to your device. Makes me feel like I can trust them. Screen was speedily replaced in 1.5hrs. Pretty snazzy demo done with a hammer to a screen protector showed only minor dents in the film and no damage to the phone. Impressively it can withstand up to 10lbs of pressure so I had the protector installed which cost around 35. All in all, happy with service and would recommend.
