I highly recommend Midtown Yoga for anyone looking to improve their physical health and mental wellness from the inside out. Rebecca and all staff are consistently welcoming, knowledgeable and positive. Midtown Yoga offers a great variety of classes and class times both in the hot room as well as virtually. Their app is super user friendly and makes booking classes easy. I love leaving each class feeling grounded and ready to take on the day. \u200d️

I love visiting Midtown Yoga. The studio is warm and friendly. The teachers are experts. All the students made me feel welcome and part of their family. I will definitely make the trip for a weekend away in Kitchener again! Since I will be spending my vacation dollars in Canada this year, I will be having mini yoga vacations at Midtown Yoga throughout 2020.
It was a fun class! It was my first class ever and it was really tough but we enjoyed the challenge. My only complaint was the website made it seem like there was a student discount for a single class and when we came in they said it was a flat fee no matter what, and I didn’t want to protest because the receptionist wasn’t the nicest about it. Would be helpful if the pricing was a bit more clear!
I love the energy of the studio and feel it is perfect for full body fitness. The hot yoga is so good for my spine and relieves my pain, the Pilates is soo fun and I feel so strong doing it (and is make my butt look great!), and the yin is relaxing and meditative. The teachers are friendly and welcoming and I love love love the owner! She is so genuine and caring, she really wants you to succeed in your health goals. You not only get fitness but you also get friends :) I highly recommend Midtown Yoga KW!
One of the best studios. Lots of Bikram series on schedule. They even offer lots of classes on holidays and early mornings
