Fantastic club with a genuine family friendly vibe. Kyoshi Fries, the owner, has been involved in fitness and martial arts somewhere near 30 years. The facility will appeal to a wide range of people, offering weights, cardio and corefit classes as well as traditional martial arts instruction.
