I have brought my car for service and it was under warranty. Finally they told me that there is no issue with the car tho i m driving this car since 9 months and i havnt seen problem like this before and i know my car has a problem. And these guys charged for nothing .i Suggest them to bring some professional technicians in or at least they fix the car and charge the customer . I suggest to you guys dont ever bring your car here to get fix. Take it to ur own mechanics pay less to solve the issue

10am appointment, was quoted a 1hr wait...left at 1pm, 1hr wait just to get keys back...they didn't really seem to care about the wait time.

Just a heads up any single females looking to finance a car don’t go here trusting one of these guys . I’m a single mother went in to get a car and didn’t know much about interest rates and gap insurance .. so I trusted one of these employees to do their job properly and help me out .. . HUGE MISTAKE . My interest rate is 13% and I’m locked in for another 5 years ...
I don't wanna recommend people to take thier cars to Toyota service to get fixed, I took my car to Toyota service cause my car is Toyota and I thought I have to take it to their to get fixed, they charged me for estimation and I said go ahead. If you say go ahead they wanna do it, but if your car issues solved or not you have to pay them and if the issue is still in your car they are going to estimate again. They charge you and charge you they don't care how you can find the money or they don't care if your car issue is fixed or not. they want thier money and their reason is our car parts are aftermarket parts, they just sell their parts. So I paid for nothing and I don't know where should I complain ?
