I spent months worrying and stressing about my move day, I was thankful that I hired movers initially but I had never used movers before so was very unsure and did not know what do expect. These guys worked so fast while wrapping up all of my belongings, they even individually bubble wrapped all of my art work. Extremely impressed and thankful for Darian, and Ray, and for Nicole in the office for being so helpful and kind throughout every conversation!

Sorry to say this last move was the WORST experience ever. They moved my parents from Kitchener to Cambridge, May 24th. We had a lot of damaged done to their furniture -- especially the antiques. When we first signed up, Jesse assured us they were able to handle antiques. (we chatted a couple of times and each time I mentioned the antiques). When the 2 man crew showed up, I mentioned the antiques 4 or 5 times. Several times I told to them about how fragile the furniture was. Upon unloading the truck, we had several pieces damaged. Antique table - leg broken off. Antique dresser, scratch along the side. Pine dining table - scratched on the top. Dining chair - seat scratched. Liquor cabinet -- indents from the use of a dolly. Destroyed a computer desk. Just to name a few. I have called Jesse twice and emailed with pictures. No one seems to care about what they have done or the damaged caused. No call back, no response. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS EVER!!
I had a great experience with Dave and Garrett today! They clearly knew what the were doing, were professional and fun to deal with and were super speedy! Thanks again guys!
Thank you Ray, Lum, and Alex for all of your hard work. Completely covered everything, took things apart and put them exactly where I wanted in my new home. Didn't have to lift a finger. Amazing work guys.
