Gemini Motors came highly recommended by a few friends in the neighbourhood and thought we would take our chances. We drove from out of town and were thrilled with the service and knowledge of the staff. Jeff L assisted us in choosing the right vehicle for our family. (I thought I knew what I wanted) He encouraged us to test drive others vehicles and left with the best fit for us. Colleen M was so personable and patient with us when completing all the paper work. She dealt with all the financing and set everything up with ease. Rebecca was so fun and energetic, she took the time to explain EVERYTHING we needed to know about our new vehicle. We had no idea there were so many features. During such uncertain times all the staff at Gemini were courteous and made you feel safe and welcome I their dealership. Thank you all for your support and look forward to seeing you all again.

I recently got a Subaru STI from Gemini motors and was extremely impressed with the level of service. Purchasing a car has never been easier and seamless. I worked with Brad and Matt from sales and greatly appreciated their relaxed approach and helping me come up with the best solution to what I wanted and needed. I also really appreciated Debbie from the finance department with her no fluff approach. All in all, I found Brad, Matt and Debbie to be a very honest team and they made the process super smooth.

We made a trip from out of town to purchase a new Forester as this dealership came highly recommended by a family member who used to live in the area. It was certainly worth the drive! We ended up arriving really late, about 10mins before the dealership locked up due to some traffic we hit along the way. Not once were we made to feel rushed by any of the four different staff members who patiently took time after hours to help us out and educate us on all the great technology that’s packed into these vehicles. As we entered the showroom my wife and I and our 3yr old son were made to feel very comfortable in this socially awkward time of Covid-19. We were greeted with complimentary hand sanitizer, face masks, and water as they recognized we must have not stopped for a break to make it on time. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership. Jeff managed to remove all the stress with a new vehicle purchase and leave us only with the excitement. Coleen was a pleasure to deal with and Rebeca made learning quite entertaining.

This was by far the worst dealership of any car company I have ever stepped foot in. If this was my first introduction to the Subaru brand, I would have never purchased a Subaru. I dealt with two different sales reps and both were equally terrible. They couldn't close the deal on a 250.00 difference and the trade-in value for my vehicle was BY FAR worse than ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP! Overall, I'm surprised that they are able to sell any vehicles. If you are looking to purchase a Subaru I would suggest finding a different dealership. I can't imagine dealing with them when it comes to servicing the new vehicle. I went to a different dealership, for a better price and a much better experience. Avoid at all costs.

They have always treated me well at this dealership. As a car guy they don’t give me any car bs, they are straight and to the point. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Ed and Tom in the parts department are the best. They know what parts and accessories will work best for me and are great to talk to about cars
