I buy most of my boots and shoes at Factory Shoe and have always had good quality and great service. Last year I bought a pair of boots that only lasted to the beginning of this season, and with the pandemic I wasn't able to bring them in. I emailed them pictures of the holes in the boots, and they refunded them without a problem. I was able to exchange them for another pair, and they recommended a different make (Kamik) and I'm very happy with these. The whole process was very smooth and I really appreciate the great service.

I found a sales lady who was fabulous I gave her three things that I wanted in a pair of boots she went right to a single pair of boots knew exactly what I wanted and I took those boots and I was out of the store in less than 5 minutes she was most wicked I wish I remembered her name ...

They have a good selection of footwear, prices are very reasonable and their customer services is awesome. My online order was processed quickly and they immediately replied and answered a question that I emailed to them. My boots arrived three days earlier than expected. I highly recommend Factory Shoe.
