All their stuff is refurbished at less than fair prices for the quality. It’s ironic to call it factory direct because an item being refurbished isn't directly from the factory. You could go to any other store that sells things made in a factory and it would be more accurately named then factory direct.

Don't shop there! Will never shop there again! Recommend others NOT to buy anything electrical - such as ceramic heater, TV, etc. They're an \Exchange Only\ store - with the \exception\ of their \sign up online with a Factory Plus Card\ when purchasing electronics, and you can get a total refund if the product is defective - But this is a loop hole for them, as in if they deem the product is working fine, even when it isn't, they \won't refund you\. This happened to me. After talking with a staff member, he deemed the ceramic heater was working fine, even though it wasn't. I explained, because it's a digital heater, the problem usually doesn't start until sometime after the first 15 minutes or so. Still he said it wasn't defective, so only an exchange, even though I signed up an Factory Plus card online. I had him talk to the manager. Same thing. I finally talked to the manager, and said I was adamant about the defective issues, would not leave until the heater was on for at least a minimum of 20 minutes, and if necessary, I would contact the managers boss. The manager made a phone call, and 5 minutes later, I had my refund. During all of this, both the staff member and the manager had the worst attitude and customer service I've had in ages. Seems pretty good to me. Good deals on refurbished stuff. Seem to sell about every item known to man. Parking lot sucks. Lose a star for that.

I am currently at this store trying to get a sensible response from a manager who is forcing me to understand that it’s okay to buy a 415 laptop that breaks within 3 weeks. All I get is “everything here is refurbished and that is what to expect” since when did refurbished mean okay to break in 3 weeks??? It thought refurbished items are certified to work like new???? Beware and don’t end up like me here receiving new definition for refurbished. Save up money and buy from a reputable store with real customer support.
