Okay well, I called this place to check if they had any TVs and the guy was nice and unfortunately they didn’t have any and I tried ask him another question because I like this shop and I just get hung up on. I try to call back and straight to answering machine. Not to be petty but when a customer wants to inquire about purchasing from you, maybe don’t just hang up and then not answer the phone.

THE BEST PAWN SHOP IN TOWN! I have been a loyal customer for years and do not go anywhere else, the team is amazing and helpful and always understanding if I can’t make it till the weekend to extend my pawns or buy them out. Have helped me out on multiple occasions highly recommend
The place seems to be less and less of a pawn shop with each visit. A good percentage of the items for sale are 100% brand new. I was looking for an interesting watch the last time i went in and maybe i'm blind but i didn't see any watches in there. Not even one. A pawn shop that doesn't have any wristwatches. really?
A must go to people passing through the downtown area
This is the best pawn store in the tri city’s. The staff are exceptional and I respect and trust them. Mark is an awesome person. Highly recommended
