Carl is hands down the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever worked with. I have had my fair share of trainers and experience in the industry in the last couple of years but I have to say, not only is Carl passionate about helping others, he truly knows the science and mechanics behind the human body. Prior to training with him I was never properly assessed nor did I realize the importance of correctives, releases and stretching. Secondly, I have learned proper posture, techniques and the importance of proper breathing mechanics. Carl makes each session fun and engaging. Every workout is different and he keeps you motivated. He listens to what your specific goals are and works with you to achieve exactly what you want. No cookie cutter plans given! I love the motivation and coaching I get from Carl. In order to get results from working out, you need proper instructions from trained people. You are guaranteed to get that from Carl. Keep up the great work!

I have had numerous trainers and Carl is by far the best. He is knowledgeable, positive, and encouraging. I sit at a desk all day and commute so had terrible posture so Carl immediately went to work on correcting alignment, core strengthening and breathing techniques so when we really got in to training, I would be more successful and safe. Carl also helps guide me with nutrition, which is a holistic approach that I really appreciate. I feel like he truly cares about my success. Jenn B

I’ve been working with Carl since October, 2018 and have found him to be very dedicated, knowledgeable, passionate, enthusiastic, motivating and fun. Carl puts so much effort into each client that it motivates the client to put at least as much effort into themselves. He takes a genuine interest in your fitness goals and diligently helps you work towards them...even making you want to surpass the ones that you have previously set. Carl is a fantastic trainer who is very encouraging and provides realistic challenges for his clients - always focusing on proper body posture, techniques and safety.
