He was very polite, friendly and easy going with the guys and a top notch gentlemen with the ladies! I highly recommend this company for any occasion - you will NOT be disappointed.

I recently came to Canada for my summer vacation. I heard that boulevard limousine was a great way to get around on my travels, especially since I have never been to the country. I have to say they really exceeded my expectations it was very fast and easy to plan to meet me at the airport. The owner Jennifer was very friendly and making sure that I had fast and easy ride to and from my hotel. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a limousine service with no hassles and great prices. I will be looking forward to my next visit and they will be the service I go to. Keep up the great work.
Very friendly service from the office to the drive. They accommodated us coming home with NO concerns at all! I highly recommend using this company.
The ladies in customer service have always been an still are exceptional!!! However, my last experience was a total fail. The chauffeur did a pick up in K-W area to Pearson at 3:45 pm. My flight arrival at Pearson was 4:45 pm. My car was 20 minutes late. My disappointment is with how the owner Jennifer handled the situation. Jennifer has no client relation skills, AT ALL. She tried to place the blame on the chauffeur and myself. She took no accountability. To top it off, instead of attempting to retain me as a customer who had NOT received the pre-arranged service I paid for (280.55 return plus tips) and offer me credit of my ride home, she offered me a petty 10% discount IF I had a future booking with Boulevard. NO COMPENSATION for the mishap of this booking. ie. credit my VISA for the trip home, as the limo did not come to Pearson empty I and my family always booked with Boulevard, in the past. This incident has left me cause for concern.
Have used this service many time to and from the airport. The drivers are excellent, friendly and professional, the cars are luxurious and clean. Highly recommend and look forward to all future trips with them! I always enjoy chatting with Colleen who books the trips. She is also wonderful and cheerful to talk to!
