Sometimes I feel like they don't worry about the customer today. Nov 118 I got the best service yet very personable driver. Didn't mind going the extra mile and coming up my back staircase to give me my delivery at my back door. Didn't have to go down stairs cause I have a disability and I can carry the beer up the stairs. On thing that I have a problem is last time I mentioned to the driver that I had empties and he would take them off my hands but he wouldn't give me any money for them. That upset me a little bit

Bad website, they promise delivery and sometimes don't deliver, and if they do deliver, it takes about 3 hours. This is a terrible, over priced service.
I used this service for the first time today for my employer. Tracey the contact was pleasant, helpful and has a sense of humor. David the shopper was efficient made good choices for back up and was very friendly. I will put them on my speed dial.
Finally found a service that delivers to my address! The wait was about 3 hours, but I didn't mind, considering the amount of orders right now. The driver called me about an item that he didn't find at the store to see if I want a substitution. When the driver was near my apartment building he called to let me know that he's coming. Overall, great experience! Will order in the future.
I just ordered and on the email confermation it was 26.29 delivery and all. Yet when I paid I was charged 30.19 this has happened before with the same driver. He has \accidentally\ added a few extra dollars in the past I have caught him a few times but he drove away before I could ask him. It's always this one driver. never had any other problems with any other drivers. It was worked out within the hour. Thankyou for taking the time to help me with my problem.
