I have only visited, but this is what perplexes me, who thought it would be a great idea to build it so damn skinny that you can't even get a queen size box spring up the stairs. It has baseboard heat that's a fire hazard as it melts the curtains that you need for privacy. I totally agree about the lack of visitor parking as well. It is close to the amenities and from what I understand, the rent is affordable.

I haven't residence there, but I had people who I used to consider friends, who live or lived, there. Seeing the place, as I used to frequent there often to visit, and seeing the place and how it was built, had me concerned. I am a sub contractor, and I only usually do building of industrial or commercial in nature, or residence building that house more than 200 tenants. That being said, I have witnessed conditions, of below code, and complete head scratching guesses to as who let certain things during an inspection pass? That building inspector should be put in front of an execution squad. There were cold zones that weren't properly insulated, plumbing as if a handyman did it, and some of the placement of pipes and how they were soldered was so sloppy it amazes me how they maintained water tight, the electrical had wires stopped in the middle of floors with only marettes on the wire ends, junction boxes galore and wires running to them and to lights that either didn't have switches or switches that weren't wired to anything at all. The only good thing I can say about the place was the outside, it was decently maintained, not enough parking for visitors, and the closest parking on public road, was the street in which you enter this residence, yet no parking sides a test on both sides of street for what seems like a mile, because of a near by elementary school. Avoid this place if possible.
