By far the worst company and customer service I have ever dealt with. Since installing our bedroom window it has not closed properly or sealed. I brought it to their attention in 2015 and I have been in contact with them since. The last time they were here we were told they had to order a part. We have been waiting since October for the "part" to come in. They called yesterday and said they were coming at 10am to finally correct this and of course, they didn't bother to show up or call. I do not recommend this company what so ever.
