I would highly recommend the Maple Avenue Location. Staff are welcoming, accommodating and helpful. It is clean, has an elevator, has centralized heating, there is loading bay doors which makes loading and unloading your belongings a breeze. Trolleys right at the bay doors which makes it easy to transport your belongings to your unit. I would have given it a 5 star but the only down fall is the price. It is expensive but you also get what you pay for.

Was fortunate to rent a unit from this location Since Sept. 2020. Even in the midst of a pandemic, I needed a place to store some extra things I just didn't have room for in my small apartment. Access Storage to the rescue, they helped make sure I got the size of unit I actually needed, let me know its no hassle to upgrade unit size if I ever need. Place is very clean, love the climate control. Price is right on the money compared to features of other locations or competitors. Can't really go wrong.
Storing ones belongings often includes emotions. Our circumstances for requiring storage may be straightforward. But sometimes its a result of overwhelming change; good or sad. The staff at Maple Ave location rode an emotional roller coaster with our family. And they did so with the highest degree of professionalism and kindness. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!
I needed emergency last minute storage space 2 hours away from where I was. Everything was done over the phone in less than 20 mins. My first on site visit, the ladies were awesome as they walked me through everything again to make sure all information given and received was thorough I was then taken to my storage unit and shown how to operate the door properly. I was shown to the nearest loading dock where dollies will always be there for my use. Shown how to use my access code and how to operate the docking bay door. There is nothing I can say remotely negative. The units are indoors and heated but at a reasonable temperature. Not overly hot or cold. I would highly recommend Access to anyone in need of storage space

Really fabulous customer service! Staff was extremely friendly and personable on the phone during setup. It sounds like they also take their protocols and security very seriously here. Haven't seen the unit yet but would already recommend.
Access storage is so clean and secure. The staff where helpful and kind. They made us feel safe during the COVID-19 times. I would recommend this for anyone requiring storage, especially if you what your belongings protected from the elements. Thank you to the wonderful staff my son's furniture was protected before he moved into his new place for second year at university. There was also a nice discount for university students.
Staff are so friendly, almost like family. They explain the process well. I will recommend to family and friends.
