Updating a house can be a daunting challenge but Scott made the plumbing aspect painless by helping and guiding us through it with a smile and a great knowledge base. Sure, issues arise when ordering from multiple suppliers but Scott took care of us from beginning to end including addressing minor scratches on gel coat products. WOW in service and quality. Carole rescued me as I needed to choose all of our bathroom hardware for our new home within several hours and have them on-site of our new build home within the week.
