I mostly see Dr. Fisher for my 3 cats. Thorough, gives very practical advice and when you address issues of special diets for one cat when you have 3 cats, she is empathic to your plight and give helpful hints, not judgemental. She has cats so she gets their temperament too.
Cannot recommend Timberlea Clinic enough. The entire team at this clinic is very professional and passionate about their work and the pets they care for. They saved my little 11 month old poodle's life from a rare obstruction of the intestine. The doctor was diligent in examining the dog. She was professional and caring. When surgery could not be avoided, they acted quickly and saved my little pumpkin's life. Your empathy, smiles and kindness helped me cope with this tragic moment. Thank you to the team for everything you did throughout this difficult time.
I had the worst experience here. My sister and I were 7 minutes late to our puppy health checkup appointment. The secretary in the front was so incredibly rude and snarky the entire time, and from reading other reviews i'm assuming we're all talking about the same person. Her demeanor and the way she spoke and acted was so incredibly unprofessional, I am so turned off! The first words out of her mouth were \You know you're late right?\ I'm SURE ppl have been late for appointments before, life happens.. sometimes your late! LET ALONE, the vet was completely empty, AND!!! THEY TOOK IN A WALK IN WHILE WE WERE THERE. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We just wanted a 20 minute checkup for our precious little puppy, I mean seriously??? How do you not have time for that? we were basically in there for 20 minutes anyway! The vet ended up coming out in the hallway for 3 MINUTES, to answer some questions we had. Mind you, she didn't tell us anything we already didn't know, AND SHE CHARGED US 30 DOLLARS!!!! I am SO UPSET. Do not go here. What a horrible unpleasant experience, especially having to deal with the secretary in the front. The vet herself was kind, but there was no need to cancel the appointment... like i said, life happens and people are late. It's not like it was an hour, it was 7 minutes.
I am satisfied their treatment of my elderly dog.
