I have been going to the Kinsmen Physio for a back injury. Nancy (physiotherapist) has been a critical contributor to my recovery. Her expertise has guided me every step of the way. I have also received acupuncture from Joyce (physiotherapist) which was helpful. Simon and all the staff here are kind and caring. I would highly recommend Kinsmen! Donna Salazar

I called to book an appointment urgently because had a knee injury, they booked me for 2:15PM, i came and they said the appointment was fir next week! I understand it was a mistake but since I came over with pain in my leg, someone could have gone and ask if they could fit me in for a quick check, at least ask! they did nothing but send me home... TERRIBLE service!

Two years ago we had the good fortune of being referred to Cari Cooke for help with my wife Colette's mobility, or lack of, caused by the effects of Parkinson's. Dealing with the condition on our own previously was a big mistake Cari's understanding of the Colette's needs and her dedication to improve Colette's range of movements has given us a new lease on life. We are happy to have a chance to publicly acknowledge Cari as a gifted Physiotherapist. Ed & Colette

I had progressively worsening knee pain until I went in for physiotherapy. My physiotherapist, Joyce, made sure I was regularly doing my exercises, and was a great motivator. I graduated from physiotherapy being able to run without knee pain. The physio centre clean, attractive, and spacious. Since I've moved cities, I've tried a different physio clinic but I much prefer the Kinsmen Sports Centre.

I went 4 times and that seemed to solve most of a long term upper back problem. I learnt great exercises to strengthen the back and increase mobility of the spine along with manual manipulation and current treatment/ice/heat. Overall a good experience , nice front staff too. But expect \everyone\ to hear you, like if you groan when something is painful because beds are only sepatated with curtains. Sometimes there are waiting times but very reasonable as the therapists are treating several patients at the same time. Joel was my physical therapist, he's very professional and friendly!
