Went in just before close knowing what I wanted. The employee told me I should bring my dog in to be properly sized ( ie. Wanted me out of the store.) So I grab my dog ( right out front) and tried on a few things. Another couple comes in asking if she's open and her reply was technically no but I have someone in here so be quick. I ended up grabbing the wrong size due to being rushed. The employee told me that's as good as you're going to get. Will go to the Essex store tomorrow. They are very friendly and eager to help you find the right product. I understand I went in just before close. But up until that time you're open so I should be assisted just like any other customer. If you wanted to clock out the moment your shift is done maybe retail isn't for you. Too bad.. usually the staff here are very helpful. Will not return after this visit.

The Kingsville location is clean and organized. However, it is worth the drive to the Leamington location. I find the staff at Leamington more knowledgeable and helpful.
Over priced, staff isn't friendly.. They don't price match their competitors... What business seriously doesn't price match their competitors prices these days... Only worth buying from if you're in a jam.. Other then that I wouldn't ever use a pet value chain

I was in the store today looking at cat trees. The sales person was terrible and as a retired manager from another sales based industry, she did not impress me one bit. She lacked the necessary math skills and most definitely her sales skills. Rude comes to mind. Lost a sale of over 130 too bad, I will take my business elsewhere.
