What started off as a call to have our septic tank pumped, turned into a septic tank install. After pumping and cleaning it, they found a major issue in our tank and advised us. Once we were shown the issue a new tank was ordered. Yesterday it was installed, today inspected and everything was put back to as close as possible to the way it was. Great job, well done and we are very pleased with the clean up and repair of the lawn and drive way. All of the people were very professional and were pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommended them.

First off I cannot give a zero star, if I could I would. Septic was installed in the incorrect area, about 1/4 or more of the tank was left exposed. Due to this error I was required to bring in truck after truck to increase elevation of house and then I still needed to install a holding tank. When I contacted the owner about the issue he refused to speak to me and I was ignored. I kept all emails about where I wanted the installation, including overhead, google maps location. I told the owner that I would pay for half of the cost to fix the problem but received no response. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
The receptionist was rude when I pressed her on my concerns regarding the septic placement. Septic was placed on high ground instead of low ground which used a natural gravity flow. I had to get it dug up and moved by another contractor. I was not onsite for the dig but marked where i wanted septic. The second coy that moved the septic for me said that any installer would have know that the area that it was put in was incorrect due to the natural contours of the property. I was ignored after i told them of this matter and could not get anybody on the phone since.
I needed repairs done which they were quick to do but the problem was not fixed. When I told them that the sewer was still acting up, they proceded to blame me, as if I went outside and dug around my septic whcih is buried underground. I asked them to fix it again but they refused unless I payed them, they wanted more money for a job they didnt fix in the first place.....worst company ever. I will never use them again.
Derek and his team have been very responsive and flexible, and the quality of their work is very good. Highly recommended
