Lindsay was such a big help and very very knowledgeable! We really enjoyed having her assistance, and will definitely be sure to use their appointment system moving forwards. She helped simplify and explain all of the different components for back country skiing, and didn’t rush us along the way at all. Such a fantastic staff member and customer service, especially in these insane COVID times! Big shout out to people like her who take the risks so we can still get outside and have safe fun.
Could use some customer service training. I was told they couldn’t service the bindings on the used skis I brought in due to age I guess, but didn’t offer an alternative solution or provide a clear reason they couldn’t be. Was told I bought lemons. I took them to Sportchek, had immediate great service and ended up upgrading to a new pair of skis at their recommendation.
A good spot but quite steep for tune ups and very little price friendly gear. They could go a long way to compete with sportcheck if they brought in some affordable options.
Mike is a very knowledgeable boot fitter. Makes a huge difference to go through the booting fitting and searching process with him vs online.
