Two years post-installation (which went well), I still love my fence, and it looks brand new. OP Fencing has returned twice to fix minor weather-related damage without having to be chased. Terrific crew, and it is a pleasure to deal with this business!
Initially we had a bit of a communicaion problem regarding the start date but once that was rectified, the project started as agreed. Peter did an excellent job. He kept me advised as the project progressed and he continually sought my agreement on design aspects. I am completely satisfied with the result and very happy to recommend Jamie and his staff for any projects you may consider.
Jamie was incredibly nice and was always easy to get a hold of. Mark was quick to come to the house for a socially-distant quote and consult. They were flexible with time frames and open to discuss different options for what would work best for our yard. The crew at our house over the course of 3 days were really great - nice with our kids, made sure we knew the process and timeline, and came back to make sure we were happy with the work. All in all, great experience!
OPFENCE has just completed construction of my new privacy fence. The team of Emily (owner) and Mike (foreman/fence builder) provided me with great customer service. Emily is a hands on owner as she would periodically visit the site to make sure of customer satisfaction. Mike went beyond just the installation of a fence.
