Such a fun store, the brand is fresh, ethically-sourced, cruelty-free, vegetarian, handmade, low-waste eco friendly style. Staff are very knowledgeable about different soaps and beauty products. My wife and daughter love the bath bombs from lush, you really can't find these quality bath bombs many other places.

Staff team was incredibly helpful and nice. My son is almost 2 and always wants to go into lush to check out the bath bombs. The staff team was incredibly kind and allowed my son to pick out a bath bomb to try out. He played in the soapy water with staff for about 15 minutes. He loved every minute of it. They even gave him the turtle bath bomb to bring home with us, which made him a very happy boy. He really enjoyed his bath last night with his new turtle bath bomb. Such great customer service with staff who seem very passionate about their work.

I purchased a bubble bar for the first time yesterday, and I'm so happy with it. I wanted to do a review specifically about the employees at the Kingston location.
