I have to agree with the others. This clinic is an embarrassment. I took my Chinese wife to get some test done and keep in mind we would had to pay for the test due to her being a foreigner (which was very high). On top of that, you have to wait in the parking lot in the back of the building (we are not seniors, but this is just uncivilized), the building looks very seedy and the inside looks run-down. We. ultimately decided to not get her test done here. I highly suggest another location. The healthcare facilities are better in developing China.

I had a quick visit for blood work last week. It's great that it's by appointment only. Mine was at 7am, got in at 6:50 and I was out 7:05.

No one answers phones, i wasnt given a lab test number so i cant even check my results. Been on hold for 30 mins in total with 2 different calls.

Should be Zero. They have the old, infirm, and disabled lining up outside for hours in the cold - only to be told they must make an appointment online, even if they have a doctor's note. Defeats the purpose of having a clinic. The nurses seem to enjoy descriminating against disabled persons and refuses to answer questions with anything other than \I dunno.\ Covert discrimination but discrimination nonetheless.

2 people managing tests, paper work and appointments. Made to stand in the sun amongst the cars in parking lot. Thank goodness it's fall and not middle of summer or raining... frail elderly made to stand were eventually sat down in hallway making them uncomfortably close to passersbys. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. Deep yellow pee stains all over the tank and entire toilet because that is where we are required to give urine sample. No towelettes to prewash, no paper towels to wipe bottle mishaps or to dry hands just an old hand dryer from the 1970's ... the employees deserve better and so do the patients. It's covid days, I expected delays... just don't think private run labs are a good idea, they can get neglected and the patient is the one who suffers.
