We went in to purchase a laptop yesterday, It turned out that the computer that we decided on was sold out (only the floor model left). The fella helping us went out back to talk to the manager and returned to say that we could have the floor model when the store closed at 9 pm, but that there would be no discount for the open box. We wanted it, and thought this would be OK. My boyfriend was about to pay for it ( had the card pulled out), when i asked if we could talk to the manager personally. I thought what is there to lose, and that it might be worth a try to get a slight discount. We live out of town and so it was either going to be a really long wait or a trip back to town later that night. We were still planning on purchasing the laptop even if there was not going to be a discount. Like I said we had already pulled out the card and were about to make the purchase prior to taking with the manager. The manager proceeded to talk to us in a hostile voice. He also straight up lied to us by saying that he had sold 5 of them in the past hour and that it was our fault for taking so long deciding which laptop to purchase that they were sold out. I had been in the store for an hour, and only ever noticed one other person really looking at the specific computer. Needless to say, we decided just to walk out. having a sales manager talk rudely and put blame on the customer was so messed up. It was almost funny. The sale was pretty much in the bag, I have never seen a salesman act so proficiently against there own interests. The sales manager needs to take some customer service training!!! The floor guys were helpful without being pushy, so i am sorry to have walked out on their sale. On top of all that we went home and found the same comp online for 20 less from Best Buy..

They have selection but having almost everything under the sun doesn't make up for bad sales pressure. Help me with what I need, please don't sell me something I don't have a use for. Overall though, they were friendly and didn't make it uncomfortable, just way too "selly"
Great staff. Only place in town that had i pads black Friday week. On sale too!! They reserved one for me over the phone and it was at the front desk waiting for me the next day!!
I had bought many items from here over the years including desk tops, lap tops, digital cameras microwave, programs but no more. I an ASUS Lap Top purchased 10 months ago. According to the ASUS Site all notebooks have a 1 to 3 year complete warranty. Mine stopped working I took it in and was told it was a RAM problem and would cost me 150 to fix. I went to the ASUS site and they told me it was covered. Someone is trying to rip off the consumer
