I was treated rudely when I called. The agent in question has clearly been at her job too long. I was not asking for money, just access to my account.You would think I Was asking for state secrets.

I got locked out of my account. I tried calling and was put in a three hour hold only for you all to hang up on me. This has happened two times now and I am sick of it.
