Great service when spending thousands on a pinball machine before arriving while being told they service customers 24 hours 7 days a week. Non existent customer service when there is some issues with machine. After 2 emails no reply after weeks of waiting. Feels like take your money and run. When you pay top dollar for something and get ghosted by the seller it is just really bad business practice.

I had been looking around for some additions to my basement and found this hidden gem in Kingston. Not only did they carry the typical pool tables and shuffle boards they had a huge selection of pinball machines and other fun products. I ended up buying a cocktail table with 60 games for my basement (addicted to pac man once again) along with a shuffle board and dartboard (ask about the cool led light for them). Thank you for all your help and making sure it was set up perfectly. I have my spot ready for the pinball machine next, I will be in before the fall for that :)
