After having a heat pump installed in a rental unit - one of eight purchased, I called on November 15 to have it serviced. The unit was not working. The service man didn’t come until the 28 of the month to do a diagnostic which showed that a replacement part was needed. Today is the 11 of December and I am being told that this part won’t be installed until the 17 of December. It is mind boggling how a business like this can stay open with such deplorable customer service. I can’t believe that they are so busy that it requires my tennant to wait over a month to have this unit up and running. Knowing that there are other options to have future units installed, I will be looking elsewhere. It’s unfortunate as I’ll be needing another 20 heat pumps. An order that I’m sure doesn’t come their way too often. Pretty sure I can find someone who will be out when I call them the first time. I’d give them zero stars but the review won’t let me.

Could not have had a better experience. Bought a home with a King's installed unit. 7 years later still running without a glitch. Decided to add an additional unit for the bedroom cooling. Gave a competitive quote (checked 4 others). Arrived on time, very professional personnel, finished an hour before expected. Perfect install, cleaned up everything, ensured we were happy and explained all features and maintenance options.

Never been happy with these units or the company from the start. On advise from their representative we got 2 units, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. Was not good advise at all. In the winter we NEED to use oil because there is insufficient heat from the heat pumps to keep us comfortably warm. I called an engineer out to test the unit because lukewarm air was coming out , only to be told the unit was working fine, i was sitting in the wrong spot!!! i was less than 10 feet away from the unit sitting on the sofa! I was also told by the engineer that i needed to put a curtain across my hallway to stop any heat from escaping down the hall!! If any doors are closed, you will never get heat to these areas, but unfortunately for us our only option was to do that to try and trap some heat in our living room, therefore once you move from one area to the next you can feel the change in temperature because it has had no heat whatsoever. We decided to use these units for air conditioning only in the summer, we have already had to get the engineer out to repair the upstairs unit, the coil had leaked so there was no gas/refrigerant therefore could not cool. BEWARE of the call out charges 83, by the hour, plus you pay for their travel time and the product they are replacing, our units are still under warranty yet we still had a bill for over 200. It also took them several trips out to us to figure out the problem and another week or so to come back to replace the part. If i could return them and have a full refund i would do it today, they are not worth the money and the company follow up/engineers leave a lot to be desired. Would i recommend, NO. Save your money and your heating bill costs too, our bill was never any cheaper using these units than it was using oil heating all winter.

Had a Fujitsu heat pump installed last week. I don't know how well it works as I haven't had time to use it much yet. I told the installers that if they needed anything at all moved to help with the installation, just to ask me. They left my cable box and router covered with drywall dust. Every time I called the company I got voicemail. Fiona who works there told me that they answer their voicemail within an hour, which isn't true. I gave them my credit card information when I booked the installation and they lost the information. This is a classic example of a good small company that is being spoiled by success. Work of mouth advertising is one of the most powerful tools for a small business and I for one cannot recommend this company after my experience.

Was contacted by my husband for a quote to have our heat pump disconnect.(This is the company that installed the ns power program) He told them that the cost was to much because they were out of town. The lady(he didn't get name) said if they had someone in the area they would call him and let him know and he would only be charged for an hour. No one called this happened on a Thursday so he waited and called them back on monday June 3rd. Asking if anyone was going to be in the area because we were starting renovations at the end of week so he would call a local company due to cost. They told him someone was on their way. He said ok and didnt think anything more about it. 10min later a guys showed up and disconnected the unit and was gone in 30min. On June 11, 2019 I recieved a bill for 361.00 in my name. I never spoke to this company. Everything aside. This company okayed work to be done and billed me with out ever speaking to me on the phone the company sees no issue with this. Privacy is not a concern or a care for them it seems. I am willing to pay them for 1 hour and be done with them and that is not good enough for them. All ready filed my Complaint with the better business bureau.
