Its a good store, and good place to find a lot of cool random stuff to buy. Selling on the other-hand....I brought in some iron maiden vinyls to sell off (4 or 5 different ones, still in the plastic) The guy looked at them all for a good 5 minutes...looked at me...and asked if they were 8-tracks...

Staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are happy to check any piece of jewelry even just to give you some knowledge on the compositions and or base metals without having to pay, pawn, or sell. Full of all sorts of fun odds and ends definitely worth even just checking out!

Their product is backed with a guarantee I've never had a problem with staff or their products. The prices are fair. Elizabeth is a CHAMP!! She somehow remembered my post about my stolen bike and GOT IT BACK FOR ME! Just amazing customer service and going above and beyond. Elizabeth and Alex were very helpful and kind, and contacted me immediately. Y'all there are some good people out there!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I went in and bought 2 Wii consoles, a couple controllers and some games. I moved to Grande Prairie and hadn't tried the games out yet. When I did, unfortunately one of the games wasn't working. The manager Adam was so helpful. He got my information and sent me another copy of the game, along with 2 more games and some goodies for the trouble. Also, the gentleman, who I unfortunately cannot remember his name, who assisted me on the sales floor, was so kind and helpful. Due to buying 2 consoles and all, he threw in a free games and took the taxes off. Definitely the best service I have ever received!
