Not only were they expert professionals, getting the job well done incredibly fast and cleanly but Joe himself is just a super nice guy-polite and respectful. Joe was excellent to work with. From my first contact with him, he was quick to respond, follow-up were timely and on the day of service he arrived on time. He shared some good advice and information for the future which would save me money. After service was done he walked me through what was done and asked if anything else needed to be done. Cleaned the surrounding area and left the area as it was. I highly recommend Joe and his team and will use them in the future.
Joe from Matrix Tree Group was terrific from initial call, in-person on-site estimate, arriving and completing the job, and liaising with neighbours whose limbs overhung the property fence line and were to be cut back. His crew did a meticulous job and Joe followed up after to make sure all was done to the agreed upon estimate. Great value, great on-site job - my property looks so much better! Thank you !
