Mostly nice people but will not take items down or out of showcase unless, "you are gonna buy it" which is ridiculous because a) I will not buy something if I can not see it's condition and b) if I cannot see the price, obviously I am not over paying just because you don't want to be inconvenienced to remove item from the showcase when the price is not visible. I would avoid going out of your way to view their collectables and antiques. You will likely walk away empty handed and not likely to return.

Called here asking one question as they sell multiple things. She rudely responded "this is a vacuum store" I proceeded to say ok thank you and she hung up on me. Great customer service...
