If you want friendly service this is not the place for you, went in for a new phone and plan and it’s all the rep could do to avoid doing her job. Most unprofessional Rogers experience ever. Drive to Port Elgin or do everything online.

Never buy anything from this store. My father went in looking for a new phone. They talked him up into a 600 phone and a 90 plan with 10GB of data that he will never use. The phone retails at other stores for 350. He also only needs a talk and text plan worth 35. They abused an elderly man by not listening to his needs. This store will take advantage of you and your family. Avoid it.
Great Covid precautions. Friendly and helpful staff.
The workers are great but if you have any problems they arent authorized to fix them. They have to call in just like you would.
Service was slow and did not get much help. Had to do everything myself through the phone.
